1. GIVEAWAY CATEGORIES & PRIZES
RESIDENTIAL CATEGORY — 4 WINNERS
Each selected residential winner will receive $500 OFF an eligible residential flooring/coating project. Maximum prize
value: $500 per winner.
COMMERCIAL CATEGORY — 4 WINNERS
Each selected commercial winner will receive 20% OFF an eligible commercial flooring/coating project, up to a maximum
discount and prize value of $1,000 per winner.
Total number of prizes: 8. Total maximum advertised prize value: $6,000. Prizes are provided as project discounts only
and have no cash value.

 

2. WHO CAN ENTER
The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and located in Calgary, Alberta and
surrounding areas served by Fantastic Coating.
Residential entrants must be homeowners or authorized decision-makers for the property. Commercial entrants must be
business owners or authorized representatives of the business.
Employees of Fantastic Coating and members of their immediate family are not eligible.

 

3. HOW TO ENTER
Facebook Entry: Follow/Like the official Fantastic Coating Facebook page; like the official giveaway post; share the
giveaway post publicly; comment “FANTASTIC 4” and identify HOMEOWNER or BUSINESS OWNER; and tag 2
friends or business owners.

Instagram Entry: Follow the official Fantastic Coating Instagram account; like the official giveaway post; share the
giveaway post to your Instagram Story; comment “FANTASTIC 4” and identify HOMEOWNER or BUSINESS OWNER;
and tag 2 friends or business owners.
Participants may enter once through Facebook and once through Instagram, for a maximum of 2 entries per person.
Each platform entry must meet all requirements separately.
Duplicate comments, duplicate accounts, automated entries, or entries that do not follow these rules may be disqualified.

 

4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway begins on September 21, 2026 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) and closes on October 13, 2026 at
11:59 PM Mountain Time (MT).
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.

 

5. ELIGIBLE PROJECTS & MINIMUM PROJECT VALUE
The prize must be applied toward an eligible flooring or coating project provided by Fantastic Coating.

Residential: Minimum project value of $2,500 before GST.
Commercial: Minimum project value of $2,500 before GST.
The winning project must be located within Fantastic Coating’s standard service area. Additional travel charges may
apply outside the standard service area.

 

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS
The residential prize is limited to $500 OFF one eligible project.
The commercial prize is 20% OFF, with a maximum discount of $1,000 per eligible project.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or combined with another discount, promotion, or special offer.
GST is not included in the prize.
Additional costs may apply for extensive concrete repairs, crack repairs, moisture mitigation, additional surface
preparation, travel, or work outside the agreed project scope.

 

7. WINNER SELECTION
There will be 8 winners: 4 Residential Winners and 4 Commercial Winners

Selected winners will be notified via direct message through the social media account used to enter the giveaway.

 

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Selected winners will be contacted through the official Fantastic Coating social media account used for the giveaway.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. If a selected winner does not respond, is ineligible, or does
not meet the requirements, Fantastic Coating may select another eligible winner.
Fantastic Coating Inc. may select backup winners during the verification process.

 

9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE & EXPIRY
The prize must be claimed and the project booked within 90 days of the winner being notified.
The actual project date will be scheduled based on Fantastic Coating’s availability.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another service.

 

10. PROJECT & PRICING REQUIREMENTS
All winning projects are subject to a site assessment and confirmation of project scope.
Fantastic Coating Inc. reserves the right to determine whether a proposed project qualifies based on project type, location,
existing surface condition, accessibility, and other project requirements.
The final project price and scope will be confirmed before work begins.

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Fantastic Coating Inc. may disqualify entries that do not meet eligibility requirements, do not complete required steps, contain
false or misleading information, use fraudulent or automated methods, or otherwise violate these rules.
Fantastic Coating Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable
control make it necessary.

 

12. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This giveaway is organized and administered solely by Fantastic Coating Inc. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered
by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for administering, sponsoring, judging, or fulfilling this giveaway.
Participants release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.
